the National Communications Authority (NCA) has developed a licensing framework that ensures flexibility and efficiency of utilization of resources keeping in mind the technological developments, easy market entry, level playing field, and fair competition.
Each Applicant needs to check the license category and fulfill all the requirements needed. Each application is processed in a fair transparent manner, where the applicant will be notified of the result of the evaluation.

General Requirement for all license Applications.
All the individuals License are required to be compliant with all the regulations of the National Communications Authority (NCA) and the license terms and conditions. In reference to article 16 of the license terms and conditions, Licensees are required to be compliant with regulations of the authority. Therefore, NCA is conducting a period compliance examination on all operators in the ICT sector.
